Crispy chips of thin lavash

Preparation:

Preparation:

Step 1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and set aside for a while. Wash the egg in warm water and beat in a dry dish. Using a whisk, mix the protein with the yolk.

Step 2. Add sour cream, dried smoked paprika to the eggs. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Step 3. Spread the pita on the work surface. Using a cooking brush, evenly distribute the egg mixture on a sheet of pita bread.

Step 4. Sprinkle pita bread with previously grated cheese.

Step 5. Cut a sheet of pita bread first into vertical strips and then also perpendicularly. And then cut each square in half diagonally. The result will be portion triangles.

Step 6. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper. Grease the paper with sunflower oil. And lay out the chips in one layer so that the pieces do not touch each other, otherwise when baking they will stick together.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for a maximum of 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.

The pita becomes crispy after baking, the cheese turns into a toasted crust, the garlic gives a spicy note, and the sour cream gives the chips a soft creamy taste.
Absolutely one of these chips from completely natural ingredients.
