Preparation:

Step 1. Prepare ingredients for lavash envelopes with tuna and eggs. Buy pita thin Armenian, and tuna - canned, preferably - tuna chips in oil. Boil the chicken egg in advance for 12-15 minutes and cool.

Step 2. Peel a boiled chicken egg, rinse in water and grate on a grater with small holes in a deep container. Send the tuna pulp there, drain it from the oil after opening the canned food. If desired, you can add sliced ​​green onions or any other greens - I just do not eat it. Gently mix the filling, add a little salt.

Step 3. In a separate deep bowl, beat the chicken eggs with a pinch of salt.

Cut thin pita bread in half lengthwise. Spread part of the filling on the edge of the sheet.

Step 4. Wrap several times and cut a strip of pita bread. Thus, create other blanks until you run out of pita bread or stuffing.

Step 5. Dip each piece into the beaten eggs.

Step 6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the pieces in it, fry over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
