Step 1. How to make tartlets with mushrooms and cheese? Take mushrooms of any size, but take a few small ones for decoration.

Step 2. Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over low heat. Fry the onions, stirring occasionally, until golden.

Step 3. Peel the mushrooms, rinse and cut into large pieces. Set aside the small mushrooms, they will be needed for decoration (step 12). Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry them, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Mushrooms can be replaced with boletuses or buttercups, but take into account the difference in sequence and cooking time.

Step 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Having cooled down.

Step 5. To make pita tartlets you will need a cake pan. Measure its internal dimensions and add the diameter and two depths. Cut round cakes from pita bread with a diameter equal to the number obtained. You can do a little more.

Step 6. Cut 6 such cakes from pita bread. With your hands, carefully distribute each along the bottom and walls of the form. Do not leave pita bread unpacked for a long time - it dries quickly and becomes brittle! Silicone molds do not need to be lubricated with anything, grease molds made of another material with a little vegetable oil.

Step 7. Now prepare the cheese filling. How to fill? To do this, beat the eggs with a whisk or fork. Be sure to wash and wipe the eggs dry before use.

Step 8. To make the filling smooth, grate the cheese finely. Add cream and grated cheese to the eggs. Cream can be replaced with sour cream, milk or natural yogurt without additives.

Step 9. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Step 10. Put the filling in tartlets, evenly distributed over all forms.

Step 11. Stir the filling and pour it over the mushrooms. Bake the tartlets on a medium shelf preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cooking time depends on the capabilities of the oven. Therefore, check the readiness for appearance. The edges of the pita and the top of the filling should turn brown. Remove the finished tartlets from the oven and cool slightly.

Step 12. While the tartlets are baking, prepare the decorations. Rinse the greens thoroughly and dry them on a towel. Cut small mushrooms lengthwise and fry on both sides in a little oil. Excess oil can be removed by placing the mushrooms on paper towels. When the top of the tartlets falls off and the filling is flattened, decorate them with green leaves and pieces of mushrooms. Serve warm.
