Burrito with chicken and rice

Preparation:

Step 1.
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and chili pepper.
Step 3.
Fry onions, garlic and chili in vegetable oil for 1 minute, add chicken disassembled into fibers (I used boiled chicken thigh) and tomato sauce. Stir.
Step 4.
Add rice and a little broth. Stir well and heat the mixture for a few minutes.
Step 5.
Add the grated cheese and stir to melt the cheese.
Step 6.
Spread the filling on the tortilla and turn into a roll. I have a small diameter tortilla, and I like to add more fillings, so I just couldn't roll the tortilla into a roll :)
Step 7.
Before serving, the roll can be fried in a dry pan. Bon appetit!
