Preparation:

Tortilla with filling is delicious hot and cold. Tortilla cakes can be used to prepare a wonderful hearty and quick breakfast. You can use any filling: vegetables, chopped boiled meat, sausage.

Step 1. Prepare the ingredients. To make a tortilla with cheese and egg in a pan, we will need: 2 tortilla cakes; 3 small eggs; 3 sprigs of parsley; 50 g of cheese; ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Beat until relatively homogeneous.
Step 3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 4. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
Step 5. Put a sheet of tortilla on a dry pan. If the tortilla is larger than the diameter of the pan, then each cake should be trimmed so that the diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the pan so that the edges are slightly raised, then the filling will not flow beyond the tortilla.
Step 6. Pour the beaten eggs on top, trying not to leak the mass outside the cake. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the tortilla for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Step 7. When the eggs are slightly set, sprinkle them evenly with grated cheese and herbs.
Step 8. Cover the filling with a second cake and press. Turn the cake over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 9. Cut the finished tortilla into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
