Preparation:

Finely chop the onion and fry a little in corn oil until translucent.

Add ground beef to it, warm for seven minutes.


STEP 3

In the roast, put chopped tomatoes, from which the skin is removed, chopped parsley.

Pepper the minced meat with vegetables and salt to taste.

Grate Gouda cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat up a dry frying pan, lay out the tortilla, sprinkle it with grated cheese, lay out the meat filling, cover again with a layer of cheese.
